For expenditures which will benefit Adult and Community Education majors and/or commemorate the memory of Dr. Margaret Mahler, Professor Emeritus, who died in 1992. To include any expenditures necessary to support activities which assist students in the ACE program (e.g.: awards, recognitions, scholarships, professional development activities, honoriaia, supplies, etc.).
