Navigators

Every IUP student—at every level—has a navigator who provides hands-on support.

Navigators are full-time staff members assigned specifically to each student. They can handle issues, remove barriers, and answer any student questions.

An IUP student’s navigator is their go-to support person. Their goal is to support you so you can succeed at IUP.

Hawks Q&A Center

For general questions, students can ask the Hawks Q&A Center anything at all. Stop by the desk in the library lobby to talk in person or ask your questions online.

Students can also ask their navigator. Navigators are full-time staff members assigned specifically to each student. Find your navigator in MyIUP.

To navigate all things academic, students have an academic advisor listed on their MyIUP account who is a faculty member familiar with their major.
