The fund shall support the costs of establishing and maintaining the Charles B. Stevenson Leadership Development Program at the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology of IUP. The mission of the program will be to promote ethical and value-based leadership in business, government and non-profit organizations through education and out-reach activites.
