The Jones White Writing Center Professional Development Award
College of Humanities and Social Sciences
The award will consist of a gift to a Writing Center peer tutor for the purpose of furthering professional development. An example of professional development might be attendance at a seminar or meeting wherein costs are incurred by the attendee. Another example might be the purchase of special equipment or supplies to meet the needs of the tutor's project. The intent is to be inclusive within the scope of the Writing Center.
