The Susan E. Finley Memorial Child Care Quasi-Endowment shall provide support to the day care facility managed by the Department of Human Development and Environmental Studies. 1. Items to meet the needs of the daycare facility in compliance with licensing requirements. 2. Replacement or purchase of, new or additional, needed items such as kitchen and playground equipment, children's and office furniture, carpeting, storage units, and those needed for security and safety of the children. 3. To meet other program needs of the day care facility.
