Introducing Enhanced Pay-Per-Print Service
Introducing the Enhanced Pay-Per-Print Service
IT Services provides technology services via ihelp, the Student Computing Help Desk, and through Virtual IT Support. Support is provided to all students, faculty, and staff at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
As another semester is underway at IUP, students are encouraged to review the IT Support Resources for Students. This page will point you in the right direction for all your technology needs. Requests for assistance or reporting issues can be done through the following methods.
Please visit ihelp.iup.edu and log a ticket for any technology need. Ihelp is a service that the university community can utilize for the most efficient means of receiving IT assistance as it accepts tickets on a 24x7 basis (though action typically occurs during normal business hours). University community members can obtain self-service assistance at the IT Support website. General IT inquiries can be sent via email (it-support-center@iup.edu) or by using the IT customer service line (724-357-4000).
The Student Computing Help Desk, located in Delaney Hall, is open for walk-ins, although scheduling an appointment is encouraged via ihelp. Students can receive assistance with a variety of technology problems from passwords to machine rebuilds. The hours for the Student Computing Help Desk are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Virtual IT Support is a service where the university community can connect via Zoom to receive live help desk support for all technology-related issues. Hours for Virtual IT Support are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and it can be accessed at Virtual IT Support.
The enhanced pay-per-print allows one to choose any public pay-per-print printer and not be restricted to a particular location on campus. Print jobs can now be released from anywhere, including designated release stations in Public Lab Areas. For more information, please review Print Services for Students.
