The Cecil C. Spadafora IUP Golf Invitational Fund shall be used to provide operational support for this annual tournament and to provide a lasting tribute to Mr. Spadafora in recognition of his loyal support and generosity extended to the golf program and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at IUP.
