Funds will be used to support activities designed to promote the public understanding and appreciation of black history and culture. Accordingly, expenses (fees and production) for programs (workshops, lectures, films, performing arts, art exhibits, . . .), artwork, educational or library materials and travel to promote the same may be supported.
