To award scholarship(s) to incoming freshman student(s) enrolled in IUP's Food and Nutrition Department and the HRIM Department for four consecutive years. The scholarship will provide for fees, tuition, room and board only to the extent the income generated from the principal provides sufficient funding for the same.
