  • Assistant Vice President, Administration

    Administration Business and Hospitality Services
    The Office of Administration, Business, and Hospitality Services is charged with the development and oversight of operating guidelines, as well as the efficient administration, development, and growth of essential, existing, and new business- and hospitality-related services to support IUP students, faculty, and staff.
    I-Card
    I-Cards have long been a convenience for IUP students, combining security, vending, banking, meal plans, and more—all in one card. At orientation, each new student is issued an I-Card with an individual banner ID number and an ABA number.
    Conference Services
    IUP can help your business or organization plan its next meeting or seminar.
    Kovalchick Complex
    Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex opened in March 2011 along Wayne Avenue in Indiana.
    Parking
    The Parking Services and Visitor Center offers information on parking rules and regulations, parking permits, and parking availability. We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and closed on holidays.
    Post Office
    The IUP Post Office is a contract station of the United States Postal Service. Our goal is to provide resources for first class mail services and shipping and receiving of packages for university students, faculty, and staff.
    Printing
    Offset printing and copying solutions for the university community.

    The Budget office provides estimates and projections for fiscal projects.
  • Director, Procurement Services and Central Stores

    Procurement
    Procurement Services provides for the acquisition of equipment, supplies, and services required for the operation of the university.
    Central Stores
    Central Stores is responsible primarily for the receiving, storage, and distribution of maintenance, repair, and operations products to service the trades.
