Welcome to the fall 2025 semester at IUP!

To ensure efficient mail service for students, faculty, and staff, IUP Postal Services will continue to operate as follows: 

Mail/Package Drop-off/Pick-up

  • Students: Enter through the front door lobby area of the IUP Post Office.
  • Faculty, Staff, and Departmental: Enter through the back doors of the IUP Post Office.

Hours of Operation

  • 8:00 a.m.–3:55 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

The IUP Post OfficeThe IUP Post Office is a contract station of the United States Postal Service. Our goal is to provide resources for first-class mail services and shipping and receiving of packages for university students, faculty, and staff. Standard mail (formerly known as bulk mail) is also processed at this location.

All of these services are provided at the lower level of Folger Hall via the Maple Street entrance.
