The Facilities Maintenance and Operations Group has the responsibility for maintaining and repairing the physical facilities and mechanical systems of the university in a cost-effective manner.

In addition, the group provides construction services for departmentally funded renovations and specially funded building and campus upgrades. Facilities Maintenance and Operations has a diversified staff representing various trades, as well as management staff for planning jobs and managing outside contractors.

Event Setup: Do I Have to Pay?

Charges for event support are dependent on the amount of personnel needed to support the event. If above normal staffing is required, charges are likely.
