Submissions from established, professional, working, or amateur playwrights will all be considered.
Retired chemistry professor Pothen Varughese has turned his passion into five gold medals in National Senior Games men’s doubles pickleball. Combining his love of science, sport, and community, he helped build Indiana’s thriving pickleball scene and continues to inspire others to stay active, connected, and lifelong learners.

For fall 2025, Indiana University of Pennsylvania achieved record-breaking retention for new, first-time, bachelor’s degree-seeking students; increases in both the number of undergraduate degree-seeking students and new, first-time, bachelor’s degree-seeking students; and an increase of 5 percentage points for continuing student persistence (students continuing for a third year of study).

Prize-winning pianist and associate professor of piano at East Carolina University School of Music, Kwan Yi will perform a piano recital featuring the complete “Years of Pilgrimage, 2nd year: Italy” by Franz Liszt. The recital will be on Tuesday, September 30, at 7:30 p.m. in Gorell Recital Hall, located on the second floor of Sutton Hall. Admission is free.
