The following maps show the major areas of the Libraries' four floors, including public computers and copiers, service desks, and locations of our print resources.

Library Ground FloorGround Floor

The ground floor of the library houses our print periodicals and microform collections, photocopiers, and access to the University College located in the ground floor of the Stabley Building.

Study areas on the ground floor are group study areas.

Library First Floor First Floor

The first floor of the library is the main service floor, and probably our busiest! On this floor you will find our Reference Collection, several of our key service desks, librarian offices, Crafted by Commonplace, public computing, and classrooms. There are several service areas, including Circulation, Information Technology Support, Media and Equipment, Production Services, Reference, and Reserves.

In addition, we offer numerous public computers both in the general library and in the Computer Lab in room 113. On the first floor of the Stabley Library building, you'll find the Liberal Studies office (in room 103), and classrooms Stabley 101 and 102.

Study areas on the first floor are group study areas.

Library Second FloorSecond Floor

The second floor of the library houses the first half of our circulating collection (books with call numbers beginning with A through K), several group study areas, graduate study carrels, and our administrative offices. If you travel across the bridge to the Stabley Library, you'll find our Children's Collection, our Dissertation and Theses collection, numerous public computers, and the classrooms Stabley 201, 203, and 210.

Study areas on the second floor of the Stapleton Building are quiet study. On the second floor of the Stabley building, the study area is group study.

Library Third FloorThird Floor

The third floor of Stapleton Library holds the remainder of our circulating collection (books with call numbers beginning with L through Z), our Oversized Books collection, and our Special Collections and University Archives office.

All study areas on the third floor are quiet study areas.
