Summer 2026

Summer 2026 library hours begin May 11 and end August 14. The IUP Libraries are closed Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the summer as part of IUP’s Summer Utilities Savings Program. Remote services are available from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. on Fridays unless otherwise indicated.

May 25: Closed (Memorial Day)

June 19: Closed (Juneteenth)

June 29–July 2: Library buildings closed; remote services available

July 3: Closed (Independence Day Holiday)

August 17–21: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Please note: Stapleton Library’s doors are locked to incoming users 15 minutes before closing to assist our staff in clearing the building. Thank you for your cooperation.
