The Administration and Finance Division provides the IUP community with a variety of services to sustain a positive learning and working environment.

Our employees can be found working campuswide maintaining university facilities and grounds, assisting students and parents in the Bursar's office, helping employees in Human Resources and Payroll offices, and ensuring the overall safety of the campus.

Utilities Savings Program Becomes Standard; Winter Utilities Savings Program Begins December 16

After continued and careful study of the Winter and Summer Utilities Savings Programs, it has been decided that these Utilities Savings Programs be part of our normal operating procedures.

New Work Order System - Asset Essentials

In order to continue our commitment to a system that is user-friendly and that creates new efficiencies, including more robust communication about the status of your work orders, we have chosen to upgrade to the Asset Essentials program, the “next generation” of School Dude, as our new work order system.

Reminder: July 1-5 Many IUP Indiana Campus Buildings Closed to the Public

As a reminder, as part of our Summer Utilities Savings Program, most IUP Indiana campus offices and buildings, including the IUP Libraries, will be closed to the public Monday, July 1, through Friday, July 5.

Community Input Sessions Set on April 2 for IUP Long-Range Facilities Master Plan Update Process

A progress update for the community on Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Indiana Campus Long-Range Facilities Master Plan will be offered on April 2 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex PNC Room.
