Title II Digital Accessibility Rules Going into Effect in April 2026

On April 24, 2026, the new Title II digital accessibility rules will take effect. Title II covers digital content, including, but not limited to: electronic documents; emails; videos and audio-only formats; social media; digital signage; mobile apps; website content; third-party vendors; LMS and educational materials; and more.

Online training for the Cascade CMS and web accessibility are available through the spring semester.
