Changes to Workflow, IUP Now Schedule for Winter Break

Because of the winter break, there will be changes to the publication schedule of IUP Now and workflow submission deadlines on the website starting December 18, 2020, through early January.

Changes to Workflow, IUP Now Schedule for Thanksgiving Week

Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, IUP Now will cease publication after the Monday, November 23, issue, and workflow will end at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24. Workflow and the regular schedule of IUP Now will resume on Monday, November 30.

Introducing Cascade CMS, IUP's Upcoming Content Management System

In the coming months, IUP will transition from our current content management system, Ektron, to Cascade CMS by Hannon Hill.

SECA 2020 Campaign Nears Its Close

With the campaign coming to a close Friday, October 23, state employees still have time to pledge support for any of approximately 1,000 charities through the State Employee Combined Appeal.

Introducing IUP Now

The Division of Marketing and Communications is pleased to announce the IUP Now newsletter, the long-awaited replacement for IUP Daily and the Beak. We launch on Monday, October 5. Information sessions for web maintainers and other interested employees will be held throughout this week.

Website Workflow Interruption, October 1-2

Web maintainers: There will be limited workflow/approvals for CMS submissions on Thursday and Friday, October 1 and 2. News items and events will be prioritized for review and approval, but other submissions will be held until Monday. 

SECA 2020: Great Things Happen When We Come Together for Those in Need

This year's State Employee Combined Appeal provides all state employees with the opportunity to donate to any of approximately 1,000 charities. Donations can be made via a recurring payroll deduction, a one-time payroll deduction, or a one-time check or money order.

Adding Events to Diversity, Homecoming, and Other Calendars

When you post events to your office or department calendar, be sure to add them to the appropriate university calendars as well, including the Diversity Events and the Homecoming Events calendars.

Changes to IUP Daily Schedule for the Summer

Starting Monday, June 8, IUP Daily will move to a summer schedule and be sent on Mondays and Thursdays. The regular daily schedule will resume before the start of the fall semester. More information will be shared closer to that time.
