Access MyIUP

Confirm degree requirements again with your advisor.

Diploma Information

  • Apply for graduation, if you haven't already.

    • Students can verify their graduation information (correct spelling of diploma name, diploma mailing address, and major and/or minor)

    • Honors Medallions (first baccalaureate students only) will be mailed to your diploma mailing address.

    • Your diploma will be mailed two to six weeks after the last term of attendance.

Do You Have a Balance Due to IUP?

If you have a balance due to IUP, a hold will be placed on your account. Your grades and transcripts will not be released to you. Please check your account through EasyPay to ensure you have a zero balance.

In the current MyIUP portal, my.iup.edu:
  • Sign in to MyIUP and log in with your username and network password.
  • Select the Finances page and click the IUP EasyPay link.
  • Click the IUP-EasyPay button.
In the new MyIUP portal:
  • Log in to MyIUP. Go to Discover and search for "Easypay."
  • On the Tuition, Aid, and Finances card, click on Pay My Bill (EasyPay).
  • Click the IUP-EasyPay button.

Transcripts

  • Transcripts can be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse (visit the Registrar's Office).

    • To ensure your degree is included on the transcript, check "hold for degree" on the paper transcript request form. The transcript will be sent as soon as the degree is awarded.

    • If your degree is not needed on the transcript, order using any of the four options provided on the website.

Do You Have a Loan?

If you have a Federal Stafford loan, it is important for you to go to the StudentAid.gov website and complete the exit counseling session. You may also contact the Financial Aid office at 724-357-2218.

Your IUP Email Account

Your IUP email account will become inactive 60 days after graduation. As an IUP graduate, however, you may enjoy a free alumni email account—IUP Live Mail—from the Alumni Relations Office.
