Undergraduate commencement ceremonies take place on Saturday, May 11, at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex. The morning ceremony begins at 9:00 a.m. and the afternoon ceremony starts at 2:00 p.m.
A video livestream of all the ceremonies will be provided for additional family and friends to be part of the graduation event.

Graduating students should arrive at the KCAC one-and-a-half hours before the ceremony start time.

Doors open for family and friends one hour before each ceremony's start time.

Graduating seniors will follow directional signage and use the dedicated, graduates-only entrance #21 located on the west/stadium side of the Kovalchick Complex.

Upon arrival, you will be guided to the PNC room.

Arrive prepared, wearing your commencement apparel (cap, gown, tassel, medallion, cords, etc.).

Designated parking lots near the ceremonies and across the IUP campus will be used for commencement parking at no charge. See the IUP travel directions, campus parking, and shuttle maps for details.

A professional photography company will take pictures. They will contact you by your IUP email following the ceremony.

Celebration Toast
Graduates, family, and friends are invited to attend a Commencement Celebration Toast for graduating students. Champagne and non-alcoholic sparkling cider will be available. IUP graduates will receive an IUP Alumni champagne flute, while supplies last. Hosted by the Office of Alumni and Constituent Engagement and sponsored by the Alumni Insurance Program.
