  • The Campus Space and Reservations page is a one-stop for all of your guidelines, procedures for requesting facility use, location availability, posting of signage, safety forms for campus events, and how to complete work orders.

    During fall 2020, please be aware that all face-to-face gatherings should be limited to essential only. Students and employees are encouraged to use virtual meeting tools, including the phone and videoconferencing (Zoom), in lieu of in-person meetings, whenever possible. In addition, when essential face-to-face, non-instructional gatherings must take place, local and state regulatory policies must be adhered to by event organizers.     IUP Guidelines and Procedures for Requesting Facility Use documentation describes the terms, conditions, and operating criteria for the use of all university facilities and spaces, with the exception of the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex (information below).

    Housing Reservable Space: Each suite-style building has spaces that can be reserved by faculty, staff, and student organizations.

    HUB Event Space: The Hadley Union Building has seven rooms which can be reserved by college departments and recognized groups and organizations.

    KCAC Event Space: Located on the campus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, the Kovalchick Complex (KCAC) is an exceptional venue that offers a variety of meeting, banquet, consumer show, and entertainment options for every meeting planner, show organizer, and event promoter.

    Protection of Minors Policy: The Pennsylvania General Assembly has enacted various laws that are intended to promote the safety and security of children who participate in programs held on university property. In response to these actions, the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education have enacted Board of Governors’ Policy 2014-01: Protection of Minors.
