Involuntary Withdrawal Policy-FINAL-with President's approval-3.1.21

The purpose of the Involuntary Withdrawal Policy< is to provide a procedure for determining whether a student's behavior poses a direct threat and for responding to such behavior. Involuntary withdrawal may be appropriate when a student's behavior, whether or not it is directly prohibited by a university policy, poses a direct threat to the university community.

This policy will be applied to all students without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or veteran status.

Missing Residential Student Notification Policy

The purpose of this policy is to define University notification and procedural response to a report of a presumed missing residential student.

Sexual Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Resources

Resources and support services for those who have experienced or need to report incidents of sexual discrimination or sexual misconduct are available to the university community. These include reporting options and protocols, confidentiality, next steps, support and services, accommodations, and other pertinent information.

Sexual Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Policy

IUP is committed to providing a safe and positive living, learning and work environment that is free from sexual discrimination and other prohibited sexual misconduct. The Sexual Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Policy provides definitions and reporting and complaint resolution procedures. It is applicable to all students and employees of the University, as well as designated volunteers, contractors, and vendors.
