Mission of Organization

The Management Association provides an opportunity for the members to increase management skills and expertise through organizational involvement and participation in character-building programs designed to improve the professional qualities of their knowledge, performance, and leadership ability.

How to Join

Interested students should email us at iupmgmt@gmail.com for more information. All majors are welcome!

Requirements of Members

  • Regular attendance of bi-weekly meetings is mandatory.
  • Must participate in four hours of community service per semester; five hours for two missed meetings
  • Dues are $20 per semester. (If you turn in your $20 dues and complete four hours of community service, you will receive a free t-shirt!)
