Every person has the right to be heard, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania takes concerns and complaints very seriously. Multiple offices and departments work closely to ensure that all members of the IUP community can live, work, and learn in a mutually satisfying and secure environment. An online reporting option for incidents of concern can be found at the bottom of every IUP web page.

These reporting forms are for non-emergency reporting only. If any person may be in danger, call 911 immediately. For urgent emotional/mental health matters, please call the Crisis Intervention 24/7 Hotline at 1-877-333-2470.

Reports submitted through one of the incident forms are addressed through a coordinated university approach. Based on the type of report, you may be contacted for additional information. Anonymous reporting is available for certain University Police and sexual misconduct incidents. Though these are permitted, please note that doing so may limit the university's ability to investigate and/or respond.

Details of each reporting option can be found on the main Incident of Concern page. Report options include:

A note about retaliation: IUP strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who makes a good faith report of suspected wrongful conduct or participates in an investigation, hearing, or inquiry. Retaliatory behavior should be reported and will be addressed through the appropriate university process.

For further information about the reporting system, please contact Elise Glenn, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer/Title IX Coordinator, title-ix@iup.edu; or Adam Jones, Director of Student Support and Community Standards, student-conduct@iup.edu.
