Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro has ordered United States and Commonwealth flags on all Commonwealth facilities, public buildings, and grounds across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to fly at half-staff immediately in accordance with US flag code.
Today, at the direction of Governor Josh Shapiro, all United States and Pennsylvania flags on state facilities, including those at IUP, have been lowered to half-staff as a mark of respect for the memory of Charlie Kirk.
