Title: OSHA Safe and Sound Campaign
Overview: Annette T. Olesen, CIH, CIT, from the PA OSHA Consultation Program, will host the webinar. Every August OSHA dedicates a week to promote the Safe and Sound Campaign to encourage companies to establish safety and health programs in their workplaces. This webinar discusses the Safe and Sound Campaign tools available from the OSHA website to assist employers on implementation of their programs.
Ms. Olesen is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a certified instructional trainer and has been a Safety & Occupational Health Specialist with the Pennsylvania OSHA Consultation Program at IUP since 1997. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Drexel University. Before coming to IUP, Ms. Olesen has held safety and health positions in the construction, refinery, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries.
