Overview: Dane Sprankle, MS, CSP, from the PA OSHA Consultation Program, will host the webinar. This webinar was developed to help employers understand the hazards of working in cold environments, injury/illness prevention strategies, and control options to help protect employees. The webinar also addresses the signs and symptoms of cold related illnesses and appropriate worksite emergency response.
Dane Sprankle is a certified safety professional with over 25 years of experience and has been with the IUP PA OSHA Consultation program for 18 years. Prior to his time with IUP, Dane worked as a safety and health professional in the electrical utility and manufacturing industries.
