The Multicultural Student Leadership Team is where all of the IUP Black and Brown student leaders come together to accomplish the following:
- Network and begin to learn more about each other through various IUP programs
- Voice any concerns or issues to the university through meaningful discussion
- Work with key university administrators to develop and meet their leadership goa
- Share activities, events, and programs that each organization has scheduled throughout the academic year
