Simulation: Food for Thought: A Diverse and Inclusive Way of Eating and Thinking

In this program of the FOLDIS series, students will learn and experience how we can include or exclude people’s history and identity by means of food. Explore the connection between food, language and culture. Learn about people’s history and identity by exploring your own reactions to a variety of French cheeses.
