Lea Ann Fairall is a field-based instructor and Cooperative Education Program Coordinator in the Department of Career and Wellness Education.
Responsibilities and Achievements
Lea Ann Fairall is a certified BCIT and cooperative education instructor with over 30 years of teaching in secondary and post-secondary education settings. Roles included workforce development coordinator, cooperative education coordinator, and at-risk high school coordinator. Her passion for teaching is evident in the programs, trainings, and mentorship activities that she has coordinated in her long career. This passion also led her to engage in motivational speaking.
Lea Ann has been a field-based instructor in the Center for Career and Technical Personnel Preparation since 2018. She also serves as the cooperative coordinator and instructor for a program that has seen a boom in enrollment in recent years.
