Did you know that therapy dogs actually absorb the stress of humans? Come join HWP to learn ways to reduce stress and anxiety! All are welcome. The Therapy Dogs and various activities, as well, will be spread out throughout the space to ensure social distancing.

Join the IUP Foster Care Support Team to learn about the experiences foster care students have at IUP by listening to their stories of perseverance and resilience. Learn about ways IUP can help with the transition to college.
The Office of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs offers this program for IUP students. In the presentation, students will learn how to use motivational interviewing strategies to support those around them. Preregistration is required.
This is a great opportunity for any student planning on entering a “helping field.” The training will teach the art of reflective listening, as well as skills to help increase and sustain a person’s motivation for making changes in their lives.
