The Center for Health and Well-Being (CHWB) provides outreach and educational programs at no cost to IUP faculty, staff, and students.
To submit a request for a member of the CHWB to speak to your class or organization, please fill out the form below.
You will receive a confirmation message immediately after submitting your request. If you do not get a response from a CHWB staff member within two business days, please contact chwb-programs@iup.edu to confirm that your request was received. If you encounter issues while making your request online, you may contact chwb-programs@iup.edu or call the CHWB at 724-357-9355.
Keep in mind that it takes time to schedule these visits, so requests should be made at least two weeks in advance.
