Safety Sciences senior Taylor Pedmo received the Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Council Scholarship.
This $2,500 cash award scholarship is given to an undergraduate student studying to be a safety or industrial hygiene professional. Winners are selected based on a submitted essay, grade point average, involvement in safety-related activities or organizations, and letters of recommendation.
