IUP faculty and staff members have several options when seeking funding from IUP.
Funds are available from the University Senate and from the School of Graduate Studies and Research, which administers funds for research and professional development support programs on behalf of the provost. - University Senate Awards
- The University Senate supports two Senate grant programs, the Small Grant and Senate Fellowship awards.
- Research and Professional Development Support
- IUP supports research-related costs, including some publication costs and expenses in the pursuit of external funding.
- Faculty Professional Development Council (FPDC) Grants
- IUP faculty members can request grants of up to $10,000 for professional development proposals in five categories.
