Biography/Professional Experience
Palmer, a graduate of Carlow College and the University of Pittsburgh, is an associate professor with a research focus on marginalized groups and parent involvement in supporting academic achievement. Palmer is an applied researcher and evaluator with experience in clinical settings and urban school districts, as well as nonprofit youth- and family-serving organizations.
