  1. Pay the tuition deposit

  2. Visit your Admissions Profile and register for orientation

  3. Access D2L
    • 48 to 72 hours after you register for orientation, you can access the HAWKS 100 course to complete placement testing
      1. Math placement testing
      2. English Guided Self-Placement survey
      3. Foreign Language (for students with prior study, Seal of Biliteracy, required by major, or otherwise interested)

Transfer Student Orientation

  • 8:30–10:00 a.m. — Placement Testing (if not already completed)
  • 9:00–10:00 a.m. — Check-in
  • 10:00–11:00 a.m. — Opening Remarks, Academic Expectations
  • 11:00–11:40 a.m. — Financial Aid and Student Billing
  • 11:40–11:50 a.m. — ROTC
  • 11:50–2:00 p.m. — Group Rotations
    • Building the IUP Community
    • Health Services and Housing Information
    • Lunch at North Dining
  • 2:30–4:30 p.m. — College Meetings
