IUP Magazine Changes

With the new schedule, both the print and digital versions of IUP Magazine will come out in early July of each year. Magazine stories will be published online throughout the year.

Starting in July 2027, IUP Magazine will be produced and mailed to a smaller audience, determined by factors such as age, giving history, and engagement with the university.

The following people will receive IUP Magazine in print, unless they have requested not to receive the magazine or to receive the digital version.

• Alumni 55 and older
• Those who have donated to IUP within the last three fiscal years (since July 1, 2024, for the 2027 issue)
• Those who have donated to IUP Magazine (checks made payable to the Foundation for IUP, with IUP Magazine specified on the memo line) at any point
• Leadership Society members from any of the last five fiscal years (Those who have donated at the Leadership Society level within any fiscal year as of July 1, 2022. Fiscal years run from July 1 to June 30.)
• Past recipients of the Distinguished Alumni, Young Alumni Achievement, and Volunteer Leadership awards
• Members of the IUP Alumni Association board, the IUP Council of Trustees, the Foundation for IUP board and board committees, any IUP advancement council, the IUP Research Institute board, and the IUP Student Cooperative Association board
