IUP-Supported Smart Devices

The Technology Operations Team has developed a standard support model for IUP-owned mobile devices. This allows for an increased support level by technology staff across campus. All purchases of IUP-owned smartphones must be coordinated through the Accounts Payable office at 724-357-2516.

Mobile devices supported by the IT Support Center

These smartphones and tablet devices have been tested and approved for use by IUP employees. If you need assistance in determining which device to purchase, please log a ticket via ihelp. Only phones and tablets owned by IUP are supported.

Pricing for cell phones differs between carriers. The Financial Operations Office will be able to provide current pricing across the models for each provider.
