- Students should download the GET app (administered by the Cbord company) OR go to this website: https://get.cbord.com/iup/.
- After downloading the GET app, please upload a photo to your GET profile. The photo should resemble a DMV-style picture. If the guidelines below are not followed, your photo will be rejected:
- Headshot from the shoulders up with just yourself (No friends or pets, please!).
- When taking the picture, please use a plain background (attempt not to use red).
- No hats are permitted.
- No sunglasses.
- No filters, especially social media stickers. This will automatically get rejected and you will need to submit another photo.
- Each student attending orientation (freshman or transfer) will have received their I-Card before they leave orientation.
- For students not attending an orientation (such as graduate students), I-Cards may be obtained at the I-Card Office during business hours.
- The I-Card Office is located in the lobby area of Clark Hall.
- Business hours for the summer are 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Business hours during the semester are 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- There is no appointment needed.
- Please bring your Banner ID number with you when coming to receive your I-Card.
- For students with online-only classes: if you have circumstances which make you unavailable to come during these hours, please contact the office via email (icard-assistance@iup.edu) or by phone (724-357-1314).
- If you will be having class on campus, please wait until you arrive to receive your I-Card in person at the office.
