The Hispanic Journal publishes two (2) times per calendar year: One (1) issue in the spring and one (1) issue in the fall.

For one year's subscription, you will receive the two (2) issues of the Hispanic Journal which are published during the calendar year that you are subscribed: The spring and fall issues of said calendar year. 

All subscription payments made from January 1 to October 31 in any given year will be applied to that year, unless otherwise stated. For example, if you pay for a subscription in June of 2024, you will receive the two (2) issues published in 2024.

All subscription payments made from November 1 to December 31 in any given year will be applied to the following calendar year, unless otherwise stated. For example, if you pay for a subscription in November of 2024, you will receive the two (2) issues published in 2025.

There are two ways to subscribe or renew your subscription to the Hispanic Journal. Either fill out the Subscription/ Renewal Form and send your check along with the form to our address below or purchase subscriptions via our Marketplace.

Renewals are yearly and can be purchased at any time. There are no discounts, and all subscriptions are nonrefundable.

To order issues of the Hispanic Journal that were published before the current calendar year is called a back order. To back order, you need to pay through the methods mentioned above and send us an email that you are ordering for a specific previous issue. We can fulfill orders for most previous issues of the Hispanic Journal.

What shipping service do you use, and what is the estimated transit time?

The Hispanic Journal ships only with United States Postal Service (USPS).

For domestic subscribers within the United States

Standard First-Class mail is used. Please expect 7 business days for transit and delivery within the United States. Your package could arrive sooner but is not guaranteed.

For international subscribers

First Class International mail is used. Please expect a minimum of 2-6 weeks for transit and deliver via USPS. Your package could arrive sooner, but according to the USPS this is the estimated timeframe.

All shipping and handling are paid for by the Hispanic Journal. However, the Hispanic Journal is not liable for any international taxes, tariffs, duties, or internationally lost packages. Sometimes tracking does not work after the package leaves the United States. Every country has a different custom policy, and sometimes the Hispanic Journal cannot estimate the parcel delivery time.
