Learning Management System Selection Timeline

The ACPACOnline Learning Subcommittee (OLC) is working to define and implement an on-line learning model that includes a list of supported technologies and support for those technologies. Working with IT Services, a primary task of the subcommittee is to review and select a new Learning Management System (LMS) for use at IUP.

Please note, WebCT 4.x is currently in production as the Learning Management System (LMS) at IUP. Vendor support for WebCT 4.x will end on June 30, 2010. IT Services will continue to provide support for both WebCT 4.x and the new (to-be-determined) Learning Management System during the 2009-2010 transition. Areas that are currently developing materials within WebCT 4.x should continue to do so.
