Please Note:  This form is for faculty, instructors, and staff use only.  It is not used to register for courses. 

WebCT-to-Sakai course-conversion is a multi-step process:

  • Review and preparation of the existing WebCT course for export (Instructor/IRT Staff)
  • Export of the existing WebCT course (IRT Staff)
  • Import and review of the Sakai version (Instructor/IRT Staff Meeting)

We recommend that you begin to prepare your existing WebCT course for conversion to Sakai by performing the following steps:

  1. Backup your course content using the WebCT Backup Course feature (Manage Course/Backup Course)
  2. Reset your course to remove all student data (Manage Course/Reset Course)
  3. Review all course quizzes and delete any that you determine are no longer needed
  4. Review all files in the My Files area.  Delete any that you determine are no longer needed.

Requests are processed within 48 hours.  You will receive e-mail notification upon completion.
