Kuali

Kuali is the internal RI Grant Management System used to route proposals for review and approval. It is also used for reporting and project files. Your Pre-Award GCS will start the proposal in Kuali.

Purchasing and Travel Request Forms

Post-Award Assistance Request Form

Request post-award assistance from the IUP Research Institute. Get help with supplemental funding, budget modifications, fund expenditure or balance reporting, no-cost extensions, and reporting.

Purchasing Request Form

For use when requesting supplies, equipment services, and software with funds held at the IUP Research Institute. To ensure reimbursement, all purchases must be submitted using the Purchasing Request Form. Purchases made without the form may not be reimbursed.

Travel Request Form

For use when requesting lodging, rental vehicles, airfare, and conference registration with funds held at the IUP Research Institute. To ensure reimbursement, all travel requests must be submitted using the Travel Request Form. Purchases made without the form may not be reimbursed.

The following expenditure requests are subject to regulations set in place by Program Statutes and Regulations, Uniform Guidance, and internal policies/procedures. All purchasing and travel requests will be reviewed for reasonableness, allowability, and allocability. All expenditures must fall within budget. Regulations include, but are not limited to:

Follow the instructions on the form when requesting payment or reimbursement by electronic deposit for the first time.

RI Travel Reimbursement Form

Any travel reimbursement request submitted without approval via our Travel Request Form may not be reimbursed if approval was not obtained and travel arrangements were made outside of the RI Post Award team prior to incurring the expense.

RI Position Vacancy Form

This form is used to begin the hiring process at the RI for grant-funded employees.
