You can join several in-person and virtual events, pet the therapy dogs, or go to the Center for Health and Well-Being's De-Stress Fest. Take a walk, listen to music, or talk to a supportive friend or family member. If it gets to be too much, there are walk-in hours at the Counseling Center, where you can talk to someone confidentially. Your health comes first. Take care of yourself.
