Safety/Driver Education Teacher Certification is the last program of its kind in Pennsylvania that certifies teachers and instructors to teach driver education. The program requires completion of four core courses. More information about

Novice State-wide Driver Program is a PennDOT Highway Safety Grant focusing on novice driver education using presentation materials from the PA Enhanced Driver Ed Guide, which includes the Perceptual Driving Program Curriculum;
the Stop, Think, and Go Decision Making Process; and Working With Your Teen Driver Mentor/Parent Driver Program.
