Ragia Hassan, a Curriculum and Instruction doctoral candidate, is the 2022–23 recipient of the Julius P. Filcik Doctoral Fellowship.
This Fellowship is dedicated in memory of Julius P. Filcik ’53 in support of doctoral students who "demonstrate strong academic preparation, potential for excellence in teaching and research, and the energy and intellect to contribute to the community of doctoral scholars at IUP."
