At the direction of Governor Edward Rendell, all Pennsylvania flags on state facilities, including those at IUP, have been lowered to half staff in memory of Pennsylvania State Trooper Joshua Miller.
Miller was killed from wounds he received while responding to a call in Monroe County. Flags will remain at half staff through Friday, June 12.
