The Office of New Student Orientation is searching for new Student Success Leaders for the summer of 2022.

Orientation 2021: A Remote Experience

The Office of New Student Orientation is in the process of delivering transitional information and experiences to the incoming class of 2025.  The programs are being facilitated in a similar fashion as in the summer of 2020, online via Zoom, with additional content being shared through the HAWKS 100 and HAWKS 101 courses.

Virtual Majors Fair, Available for All Students

The Major and Career Exploration Center and the Student Government Association are excited to share the first Virtual Majors Fair. The “fair” experience is based on the Flipgrid platform and provides flexibility for viewing on your schedule.

Students who are curious about academic programs in this college will be able to hear directly from the College of Fine Arts leadership and faculty members on Monday, October 5, at 4:00 p.m.

Students who are curious about academic programs in the College of Education and Communications will be able to hear directly from the college leadership and faculty members on Monday, October 5, at 5:00 p.m.

Eberly College of Business and Information Technology Remote College Fair

Students who are curious about academic programs in the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology will be able to hear directly from the college leadership and faculty members on Thursday, October 1, at 4:00 p.m. via Zoom. The event is hosted by the Major and Career Exploration Center.

Kopchick College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics Remote College Fair

The Major and Career Exploration Center will host the second of six programs, as part of the remote college fairs this fall. Students who are curious about academic programs in this college will be able to hear directly from the college leadership and faculty members on Wednesday, September 30, at 4:00 p.m.

College of Humanities and Social Sciences Remote College Fair

Your Plan, Your Future Workshop Series

The IUP Major and Career Exploration Center announces the “Your Plan, Your Future” Workshop Series. The series will focus on participants learning more about themselves as it relates to their career exploration process.  All IUP students are welcome to attend.
