The Tony and Carole Kuczinski Memorial Scholarship shall provide scholarship support to students enrolled at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Eligible candidates must meet the following criteria for scholarship consideration:
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a declared major in Mathematics Education
- Must have earned at least 57 credits (junior standing) with 25 or more credits in declared major
- Must have a 3.0 or greater earned cumulative grade point average
- Must be a permanent resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Application should include information on extracurricular activities and detail the reason the candidate is choosing a career in mathematics education.
Selection of recipients for the Tony and Carole Kuczinski Memorial Scholarship shall be made by the Department of Mathematics and Computer Sciences.
