Student PhotographerThe Division of Marketing and Communications seeks students to fill five or more work-study positions.

Marketing and Communicationsknown as MarComis the office that markets IUP by telling our stories to the world, though television, print, and all types of digital media. If you have an interest in graphic design, marketing, multimedia, social media, videography, or web design, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on, real world experience.

In many cases, these work-study jobs can double as internships. Our interns and students have a great track record after graduation, using their experience with us to get into prestigious graduate schools, work for national brands, found their own agencies, and more.

The hourly rate for these jobs can vary based on your experience. Some positions may be spring only, others may have the opportunity to continue through the summer and into next year.

All of these positions require:

  • A federal work-study award (If you're not sure if you have one, you can look it up on MyIUP; look for the "Your federal work study eligibility" link.)
  • Excellent verbal and written and communications skills.
  • Organization and attention to detail
